Title: Spiced Pears (Aha)

1/2cCider vinegar
1/4cSugar
1 Stick cinnamon
1tsWhole cloves
8 Canned no-sugar-added pear
  Halves, canned in natural
  Juices

Drain juice from pears, reserving fruit and 1 cup of juice.

In a saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and the 1 cup reserved pear juice.

Place pan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Boil until liquid is reduced by about half. Remove spices from mixture, reserving cloves. Set liquid aside.

Stick cloves into pear halves and pour prepared liquid over pears. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
